The LiPoTx is the answer, as it is a replacement battery which fits in the existing transmitter battery compartment.
Integral safety circuits, to ensure - as far as possible - that the battery and the transmitter cannot
be damaged by incorrect charging (e.g. Ni-Cd program is used).
Simulation of declining Ni-Cd battery voltage to provide compatibility with existing battery voltage indicators.
